Our Infrastructure
We have a state-of-art infrastructure, which is well-equipped with latest technology and manufacturing facilities. It spreads across a wide area and is segregated in different sections designing, manufacturing & installation. All these units are managed by our adept professionals, who work in close collaboration with each other to ensure the smooth production & other related processes. Moreover, in our engineering section, we also conduct a computer structural analysis to provide all the calculations that satisfies code requirement. We also make sure to send the shop drawings to the factory for fabrication and manufacturing all structural members & accessories for complete installation.

Our infrastructure also possesses the following details:

Badlapur Plant:

  • Located at village Dahivali, Kulgaon, Badlapur (E) near Kalyan
  • Approx 5 km away from Badlapur station
  • Total area of plant is 40,000 sqft out of which 6000 sqft is built up area

Palghar Plant:

  • Located at Diwan and sons industrial state (district Thane)
  • Total area of plant is 12,000 Sq ft
  • Fabrication of steel structure is supervised by experienced staff and certified welders
  • We possess excellent work force and enough space to handle any amount of work

Design:

  • Our experienced engineers work in close sync with each other to design pre fabricated structure
  • Space frames as per owner’s requirement and site conditions

Erection:

  • Pre fabricated structures or space frames are assembled on the ground
  • Installed using crane or scaffolding
  • The structure undergoes full and complete final inspection after installation

Roofing and Cladding:

  • Roofing & cladding can be done by AC sheet, corrugated G.I. sheet, pre coated colored sheets, aluminum sheets
  • For transparent roof, beside laminated safety glass, polycarbonate sheets, fiber glass or acrylic sheets
  • Roof slop can be adjusted but the minimum recommended slop is 3%
